Do you have a recommended vendors list?

Yes! Upon booking, you will receive a welcome packet that includes a recommended vendors list with vendors ranging in style and price to help narrow down your search.

Can we meet before booking?

Of course! I actually insist on a consultation before officially booking. You can schedule an in-person, virtual, or phone consultation here.

How much is your deposit?

The deposit is $250 to secure the wedding date. The remaining invoice amount will be divided into two separate payments leading up to the wedding date.

Are there any added fees?

There are no hidden fees or taxes added to the planning packages. The package price is exactly what you will pay. The only exceptions would be:

• Holiday fee: for wedding or rehearal dates booked on a major national holiday
• Travel fee: for venues significantly outside of the Gardenia Weddings business location
• Returned check fee: for any check payments that are cancelled or returned

Do you charge for travel?

ARIZONA The listed package pricing for Arizona weddings includes all travel: venue searches (if Gardenia or Lilly package is booked), venue walkthroughs x2, wedding rehearsal, and wedding day. TEXAS The listed package pricing for Texas weddings includes all travel: venue searches (if Gardenia or Lilly package is booked), venue walkthroughs x2, wedding rehearsal, and wedding day. This is contingent on if your venue is within 65 miles of my business location. If your venue is more than 65 miles from my business location, there will be an added cost of $0.56 per mile roundtrip for each day of travel to the venue. If the venue is more than 80 miles from my location, additional accommodations may be required such as hotel stay.

Do you bring on additional assistants/coordinators on the wedding day?

Yes! I have a team of wedding assistants and at least one will always join me on each wedding day.
