There are no three words that represent Gardenia Weddings more. Our goal is to create a wedding experience that is unique to you. We will support (and suggest!) nontraditional ideas and alternatives that best represent who you are. We understand that every couple comes with different needs and stressors. Whether that be finding a photographer that can beautifully capture different skin tones, finding a venue that supports LGBTQIA+ couples, or considering sensory sensitivity for neurodivergent couples. We focus on creating a planning experience and overall environment where you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
On your wedding day, you will be fully supported by our team of coordinators, ensuring every detail is perfect. Every role is essential when it comes to executing one of the most important days of your lives! While some ladies are focused on design and set-up, another is corralling your wedding party for photos, meanwhile others are stationed to greet and direct your guests.
With our heads on a swivel, we keep a watchful eye out for any wedding faux-pas. Uncle Dave has had too much to drink? A guest showed up wearing a white gown? Someone decided to ignore the "no kids" rule? We'll handle it! After all of our meetings, we will know exactly how you want each "what if" scenario handled and act accordingly to save you the frustration or awkwardness.
